I was shopping for a used X3 and although Gary was busy with a customer, he managed ....the attention I received from Gary Floyd was most impressive. I was shopping for a used X3 and although Gary was busy with a customer, he managed to help me test drive 3 different vehicles. It was clear that I was a priority for him and that he was going to do as much as he could to earn my business. He even called me a day later to see if I was interested in an X5 and to discuss another X3 that the dealership was expecting to receive. While I did not end up buying a BMW from Gary, it was by no fault of his own, I simply found the exact used model (2014 X3 35i M sport)I wanted somewhere else. More
