The service department at BMW of Sterling has Moses, I like Moses, very helpful on every visit. My vehicle likes to visit Moses because he takes very good care of us. I took my MINI in for routine servicing at the "new" location across the street. Sean (Spicher) did an amazing job of taking care of me! He quickly quoted the services my car was due, along with the p location across the street. Sean (Spicher) did an amazing job of taking care of me! He quickly quoted the services my car was due, along with the prices, and an estimate of the repair time. He was spot on with the repair time, which was very important to me as I planned on waiting at the dealership for the service to be completed. Later, I needed some info on how to reset a service date on my car's computer, so I texted Sean. He replied, almost instantly, with a You-Tube link that gave me exactly what I needed! I can't say enough about Sean's professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, helpfulness and competence. He definitely won me over! More
