I had been looking for a 2026 BMW M340 for several months. I saw one pop up in the inventory at BMW of Sterling about 6 weeks ago. Reached out to Dr. Felix Bighem to see if it was available. I picked Dr. Bighem because he had some impressive reviews and he reminded me of a kind gentleman that my wife has purchased a few Lexus vehicles from. Dr. Bighem got right back to me, we had a phone call, and I bought the car. Six weeks later it arrived at BMW of Sterling. A few emails the days leading up to delivery and we were finished. Meeting Dr. Bighem at the dealership was a delight. No surprises at all, everything was ready, and the deal was done in a very reasonable time. Dr. Bighem is a very professional, kind, and gentlemanly individual who I would return to for another purchase in a heartbeat (even though I live 80 miles from the dealership). A stress free purchase with the added bonus of spending time with someone as pleasant as Dr. Bighem. More
