I purchased an X5 3 years ago and have had it serviced only by them. I drive out from Georgetown and it works. I get a loaner if I need it. Eric is thorough, honest, and cares about good service and quality results. He always steers me in the right direction with any maintenance or repair issues. Shop does solid work and wants it to be right. Really excellent experiences and I’ll be back— feels to me like the dealership and service outfit is well run and has a solid service oriented culture. Dealer services come at a somewhat higher cost, but between the excellent service, available loaner vehicles, and work quality it’s been well worth it so far. Plus I’m hesitant to trust the big beautiful overcomplicated sensor monster to anyone else, who would likely charge me as much anyway because they loudly hate working on BMW’s. You know who you are!
