Do not do business with this dealer. One, I have had maintenance there at least a dozen times and I have never once gotten a loaner till this last time. I pitched a fit this last time and all of a sudden, one miraculously became available. Additionally, just recently, last couple of weeks, I am being war dialed by a 3rd party about renewing my BMW warranty. BMW sterling obviously sold my private data including my cell number and all my warranty information and I can’t get these people to stop calling me despite how many times I tell them I’m not interested. Calls come in non-stop. All day and night. From different local numbers also, so it’s impossible to block. I will never in my life by a BMW again. I had Mercedes before this and wife has an Audi A7 and we have never had any of these problems in the past. I am going to ensure this review is on every platform available to stop these lying xxxxxxxx. Please look at other options or at least other dealers. More
