Unbelievable Experience This is the most modern well laid out dealership I have ever been. The service department was fast and efficient. I then consulted with the service tech and ok'd the repair. I asked Shawn Spicher where I could get a cup of coffee since everything is shut down in the dealership due to the virus. After setting up the repair, he returned and took me to a local Starbucks so I could grab lunch and something to drink. That is unbelievable service. My BMW will be serviced at this dealership and when I buy a new one, I will start here. More

My recent experience getting my X5 serviced for a flat tire was outstanding. While their labor rates tend to be high, the work is always done on time and as promised, with very high quality. All the scheduling, communications and updates are provided online or via text, which has proven extremely helpful. I have not needed to find another home for my BMWs. More
