Excellent Service by Beaver Ho! Check engine light came on and I drove by BMW of Sterling without an appointment. Beaver Ho (Service Advisor) jumped on the unexpected problem right a Check engine light came on and I drove by BMW of Sterling without an appointment. Beaver Ho (Service Advisor) jumped on the unexpected problem right away and arranged for a loaner. The repair turned out to be more extensive than initially appeared, and Beaver coordinated the extended warranty claim and service. It took two weeks, but I was never without a car, and there was no bill! Beaver kept me informed and went above and beyond! More

Excellent service during the Quarantine My wife & I had previously scheduled maintenance/repairs for our 2 BMWs, and Robin Jones was kind enough to arrange for the entire job to be performed My wife & I had previously scheduled maintenance/repairs for our 2 BMWs, and Robin Jones was kind enough to arrange for the entire job to be performed without requiring any travel on our part. The cars pickup/delivery were handled expertly - and safely - and the 2020 loaner was fun to drive. The repairs/upgrades to my wife's car were finished in two days, much faster than I expected, and I appreciated the video messages from the tech at the beginning & end of the work - really helps understand the scope of work. The cars were dropped off at our house after being detailed - great! Many thanks to Robin and her team. More
