I have emailed you repeatedly, along with Jack Croft the finance manager. And you still have not responded. I have escalated this to Lithia Corp I have sent over all the emails show your lack of responses and made it clear after spending 90k at your dealership I will never again step into another Lithia dealership. I am sure when you are taking money out of their corp coffers they are going to be as upset as I am, Again you all are the worse - If I could return the car I would.

Umar Chaudry, don't act as if you care by responding to my first review for the sake of public appearance. You have my details. You reach out to me and make it right, you disgusting people. There is a truck parked in our driveway that is an undrivable piece of junk. What is my son supposed to do with that?? His mental health is at a breaking point, but you don't care.
