BMW of Sterling is great again with Sean Spicher I had my appointment set up with Sean Spicher. I normally take my vehicles to Alexandria, but I have heard many great things about Sean from others an I had my appointment set up with Sean Spicher. I normally take my vehicles to Alexandria, but I have heard many great things about Sean from others and decided to come see what he is about. The rumors are true I'll tell you that! He made my simple service visit into an experience. From start to finish he gave me his undivided attention and made me forget that I was in for service and more like talking to a friend. He walked me through the write in process clearly and made it easy to understand. After a couple quick signatures, he had me in a loaner quickly and back on the road. What I liked the most was that he remembered me when I picked up my vehicle. We reviewed the bill and he explained all the services that were performed. Props to the technician working on my car. I am very meticulous about my car and he made sure to make it look like it wasn't even touched. Sean Spicher has turned me from thinking BMW of Sterling is like the DMV to an experience like Disney. I follow where Sean goes from now on. More

Pre-purchase Inspection I had just gone through a major issue with the 750i 2013 were the car stayed in the shop for most of of the year due to crazy issues. Sean, my servic I had just gone through a major issue with the 750i 2013 were the car stayed in the shop for most of of the year due to crazy issues. Sean, my service adviser helped me through the entire situation and made it smooth. That's why when I traded that car for my newer M6 Grand Coupe, I took my car back to BMW of Sterling. Throughout my decision to trade, they made me feel comfortable and took special care to show me many options then give me a very competitive price for my trade. While I did not take their offers, I did bring back my M6 for inspection and Sean, as usual, took great care of me. More

I’ve been to numerous BMW Dealerships including Richmond, Charlottesville, and Fayetteville, so believe me when I say Sterling is by far the best. Their service department has a total asset in Beaver Ho. He’s beyond knowledgeable of BMWs and works well with you on every issue. Not only that, he’s super easy going and a total bro to just talk shop with! Additionally their management and sales department is also among the best I’ve seen! Specifically Robert Graves and Matthew Tillman, those guys got the art of selling the ultimate driving machine down to a tee.Their knowledge, approach, and passion for the brand is refreshing and they can definitely flip cars without being pushy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I always look forward to finding a reason to go to BMW of Sterling More
