Excellent and Attentive Service at a Reasonable Price I brought my BMW in the day before the extended warranty expired. Elijah made sure it was closely examined. They detected a leak in the oil system, I brought my BMW in the day before the extended warranty expired. Elijah made sure it was closely examined. They detected a leak in the oil system, which they fixed. He also noted the car needed alignment, which I authorized them to do. As it turns out, even though they did the alignment, the alignment was within a certain tolerance, so there was no charge. Efficient and honest service. Will continue to drive 30 miles to Sterling to have my car serviced even though my warranty has expired because its worth it. More

First service on my Z4 Yesterday was the first time I brought my (new to me) 2016 Z4 to Sterling BMW. I just wanted to get new wiper blades and have them look the car over. Yesterday was the first time I brought my (new to me) 2016 Z4 to Sterling BMW. I just wanted to get new wiper blades and have them look the car over. Robert Harrell was my service advisor. He had the car checked out, made Sterling my store, checked for recalls and even helped me to assess my maintenance schedule and needs against the remaining BMW warranty. He was quite honest about the fact that purchasing additional maintenance at this stage would not really make fiscal sense. How refreshing! Robert made me feel like I mattered; his attitude is so appreciated. My husband and I both drive Z4s and will continue to use Sterling BMW...and Robert...for all of our service needs! More

In my experience, they communicate required tepairs and cost in a timely and professional manner. It has never been necessary to return it for the same issue. Occassionally, I have waited for parts, but that's not unusual and they provide loaners w/ adequate customer planning. Sean Spicher, my Service Advisor, is excellent, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to work with. Carlos typically helps in Sean's absence. He's great too. I couldn't ask for a better team of service professionals to keep me mobile and safe. Thanks to the entire crew!🙃😎 More
