Purchased a 2016 CPO 740 - Very Professional I recently purchases a BMW CPO 2016 740i from Sterling BMW. For the past 15 years I've been purchasing cars from BMW of Fairfax (nothing against BMW o I recently purchases a BMW CPO 2016 740i from Sterling BMW. For the past 15 years I've been purchasing cars from BMW of Fairfax (nothing against BMW of Fairfax), its just Sterling BMW had the perfect CPO. Sal responded to my query, for the beginning Sal was extremely professional, not a pushy sales person at all. Sal was responsive even took additional pictures of the car and sent to me. My wife and I scheduled a weekday appointment, he confirmed the appointment during the day and was even considerate if we wanted to reschedule. Once we arrived at the dealership, Sal offered water or coffee even before showing the car. We did finalize the sale that evening, the car wasn't quite ready, he offered a 2019 loaner for us that evening, once the car was ready he even offered to pick the loaner from our house and bring the car. We ended up going to the dealership, the car was detailed and looked spectacular. Overall experience has been excellent, the followup has been professional. Great first time experience I was in need of a car and saw a good deal online, so I called inquiring about the vehicle. He showed me some cars that were outside and was a great help in decideing. When I met with Andrii, he had the car ready for test drive and the vehicle was in amazing condition even for a CPO. After negotiating I decided to purchase the vehicle. While doing so, Andrii went and pulled the vehicle into the shop, covered it and put a bow on it and provided me with amazing customer service! Car felt great and the customer service was even better. The finance manager Ali was very nice as well and explained everything for me. I was out of there in no time with the car registered and ready to go! More
