Avoid service here at all costs I serviced my BMW at BMW of Sterling for over three years, every time I went they failed to mention critical information and tried to upsell me on unn I serviced my BMW at BMW of Sterling for over three years, every time I went they failed to mention critical information and tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. For example, two months after an oil change they told me my tire tread was severely low, I asked why nobody mentioned this two month prior, the response: “that advisor doesn’t work here anymore.” I.scheduled an appointment online indicating I wanted the car evaluated before the warranty expired the next month, which a service advisor recommended a year prior and gave me the date. When I went in for my appointment I was told the warranty expired two months prior. It would have been great if them to tell me that the month before expiration ended when I had the car in for routine service or even the day before my appointment. I left the car there for over 36 hours for a minor service, was not offered a loaner, and instead of the message on my phone to tell me it was ready, I got “please call us.” I had to wait another hour for the service advisor to call back and reach me to say the car was ready. Why waste two more hours of my time with a vague message when he could have just said your car is ready on the message? Sales is no better here. They are the epitome of greasy used car salesmen. I brought in my car to be evaluated for sale or a trade. They shuffled me between three different sales people only to tell me they wouldn’t buy my car because they can’t sell it. They had too much inventory. I realize why they can’t sell it, they are a terrible dealership. I commented that they wouldn’t be interested in a trade in that case and all of the sudden they were interested in my BMW. After 45 minutes of waiting for the sales evaluation I asked them to send or call me with a trade value. To no surprise they said I had to bring the car back to get a value. What exactly did they look at when I brought it in for a sale? Apparently nothing. Because of the sum of experiences in sales and service I bought a new BMW last weekend at a dealership in Maryland, not nearly as convenient as BMW of Sterling’s location ten minutes from my house, but well worth the drive. Even better, the Maryland dealer (Passport BMW) will come to my house with a loaner and take my car for service and return it. No need to ever get service at BMW of Sterling again. More

He did a very good job of ensuring that my car was serviced in a timely and efficient manner. He escorted me to the bay where my care was being serviced so that the technician could show me directly what he had found. Not all service centers do this so it's a plus to see who is working on your car. It is very important to me to establish a relationship with the folks working on my car. Repairs aren't cheap so knowing that I'm receiving excellent service is paramount to me. I will highly recommend BMW of Sterling and Robert Harrell. More

What made Robin stand apart from other Advisors was she didn't just focus on just the reason for my service that day, but what my future service schedule may look like. Some suggestions the Technician suggested while I was there she said could wait till the larger servicing was required which saved me time on that day's visit and I very much appreciated that. She also gave me ideas to think about that could save money in future services when the Warranty would run out. It was nice to have time and not feel pressured to make a decision right then and to know what my options were. I will be asking for Robin for my future service appointments. More

Not only was Matt knowledgeable on all the BMW models but he was also patient and easygoing throughout the entire process. The best part of the entire experience was that since the 2019 X5 purchase was a surprise gift for my mom, after finding me the perfect spec, Matt took it all a step further and went above and beyond in helping me finalize the purchase (paperwork and all) beforehand as well as organized a spectacular delivery that took my mom by complete surprise. All in all, my experience with Matt was both professional and very fun; I will 100% be reaching out to Matt for any and all of my future BMW purchases/needs and whole heatedly recommend that you do as well! Great buying experience I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X3 from Danny Saboor @ BMW of Sterling. It’s the second vehicle I've bought from him in the past 15 months and I highl I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X3 from Danny Saboor @ BMW of Sterling. It’s the second vehicle I've bought from him in the past 15 months and I highly recommend him. Danny provides great customer service and goes above and beyond in trying to deliver for his clients, both before and after the sale. In November, I unexpectedly needed to replace one of our vehicles. I reached out to Danny and told him exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for with the right color choices, premium & tech features, and safety packages wasn’t available locally. He suggested a great solution, we ended up placing an order for the exact vehicle we wanted. I was especially thrilled when it arrived at the dealership before Christmas. Finally, I was also very happy with Danny’s willingness to work with me on the price. I’m sure I could have haggled, walked out, and played several dealerships against one another but I really don’t have time for that. I knew what I wanted to pay and am certain we reached a fair deal for both parties. At the end of the day. I was very happy with the way the purchase process unfolded and will certainly go back to see Danny when it’s time for our next car. More

I am submitting this review to help introduce others to one of the most exceptional service professionals that I have ever worked with at Sterling BMW I am submitting this review to help introduce others to one of the most exceptional service professionals that I have ever worked with at Sterling BMW. I have a 3 car history with Sterling spanning over a decade which speaks towards the familiarity with the service and sales teams. Hands down Robin Jones has been "the exception" for any unsatisfied work. Ms Jones consistently steps up to ensure the BMW experience is always first rate. Her knowledge of the process and passion for professionalism is the reason we seek Robin for any interaction with the service team. Thank you Robin for continuing to advance the concept we originally bought into on our first BMW....its more than just being about the automobile buts its the entire BMW culture. I was registered and given a loaner within minutes. He even went back to the Service Department as I forgotten my remote control in the car . When the job was completed , Eric called and my car was waiting for me . All I had to do is switch cars. All went smoothly and swiftly ! Very good dealership ! More
