Very satisfied! On December 18 , I brought my X1 for repair . Previously , I got an appointment suitable for my schedule. Eric Brown took care of me when I arrive On December 18 , I brought my X1 for repair . Previously , I got an appointment suitable for my schedule. Eric Brown took care of me when I arrived . I was registered and given a loaner within minutes. He even went back to the Service Department as I forgotten my remote control in the car . When the job was completed , Eric called and my car was waiting for me . All I had to do is switch cars. All went smoothly and swiftly ! Very good dealership ! More

I called BMW and was put through to Beaver Ho as the BMW "triage" person recommended him as very knowledgable. From the get go Mr. Ho was helpful, honest and extremely attentive. I live over an hour away and he made sure I was in the loupe regarding the progress of my SUV and always responded in a timely manner to me and my husbands texts and emails. Beaver Ho is a true customer advocate and a true professional. BMW has a true asset in this gentleman and I highly recommend him as a service advisor. More

He responds to my text msgs immediately, scheduled me for the free service check in a timely manner and advised m Sean is a consummate professional!!! On short notice, Sean got me a loaner car, contacted my extended warranty company and ensured that they provided the warranty the evidence needed to approve the warranty repair on my car. The car was repaired within the estimated time, Sean gave me!!! Sean does an outstanding job everytime I take my 335i or my wife's X4 in for service or repair. Terrible Service Department Took my 550i with 50K miles to this dealership for a coolant leak. They charged me $184 for the diagnostic and quoted me $8,000 in repairs. I then took the car so a respected independent BMW mechanic who diagnosed it for free and fixed the issue for $250. In addition to their issues properly quoting work, this dealership never seems to have loaner cars available, which is ridiculous for an $80K+ car. More

She provides her clients with clear and informative service advice throughout the full scope of the service transaction from drop-off to pick-up. She is highly knowledgeable and clearly respected by both her peers and her numerous clients as we have fondly noted in her interactions with others when we visit the dealership. Her confident and friendly demeanor puts her clients at ease in knowing their "baby" will be well taken care of and returned on time. Most importantly and on a personal level, Robin has taken the time to check on me after she learned I was struggling with some recent medical issues. In this day and age such a connection is rare which only serves to cement our dedication in continuing to be loyal to the BMW brand.
