We went in for a safety recall that should have taken 1 hour, and it was actually 4 hours. They didn't offer a loaner. And when they were done, there was a new seat error messages. It all got done, but it just took forever. and then to top it off, when I got my car back the interior windows were all dirty. They clearly washed my car with VERY dirty rags. So bad that I can't see out the windows. Thank god it's a convertible and I can lower the windows, but it's cold this time of year. And now I have to find some hot water to wash my car again. More
