This has to do with management. So I live out of state, purchased the car in December. I didn't receive my plates & registration till March I was sent additional temp tags.. no big deal. The issue here is I still haven't received the title to the car. I called my sales rep Jett who again was in contact with me.. He mentioned that my DMV hasn't sent the title yet. Ok, so I waited a few weeks.. called Jett again...Still no title. not good. Things weren't moving fast enough, I called Tim Vo (Finance manager) who handled all my paperwork, thought he could help.. Two phone calls & two emails.. Heard nothing from him. So I reached out to the Sales manager Ed Han, left a detailed message about my missing title.. never heard from him either. So I thought I'd go to the top and called General Manager, David Lee, this was on April 7th.. left another detailed message.. He never got back to me. I then called my DMV.. They confirmed that the tags, registration and title were sent together on March 12 2026. I received my tags & registration from Sterling BMW on 3/20. Today is April 13th, still no title, calls, texts or emails from management..so, somewhere in that dealership sits my title, or they sent it to the wrong address.. I don't know.. no one gets back to me. The only chance I have of getting my title is to go to DMV and get a duplicate.. a service I already paid for at the dealership, but who has the original? Listen, I'm sure they have many satisfied customers & five star reviews.. but I'm not one of them. The fact that the people who are responsible for operating this dealership don't care is unacceptable. Think about that when you're deciding to buy a new BMW. More

This dealership EXCEEDS expectations for quality customer service. From my point of sale last year, while working with Ms. Angela Collins and then following up with my first service appointment, after my 202 service. From my point of sale last year, while working with Ms. Angela Collins and then following up with my first service appointment, after my 2025 purchase, Ms. Candice Frisby provided the same professional but family friendly customer service, that I now see is just what the entire team, exudes at every visit. Candice made my first service appointment free of confusion and quickly got me settled in and my car serviced in a timely manner. The appointment and car received was met at the time my vehicle was scheduled for service. Candice, Latasha kept me thoroughly informed of the service process, before during and afterward. The entire team Sterling BMW team made me feel like family and ALWAYS make you feel like you are a valued customer, which is also the reason, I travel more than an hour to their location, even though I have 4 BMW dealerships, closer to my home. I LOVE the vehicle they customized and ordered for me and have been more than a SATISFIED customer since my purchase and ongoing visits! GREAT Team and GREAT customer service! More
