Today I went to my local DMV to get a duplicate title that I paid for.. My question for the supervisor was.. what will happen if someone has already received the original title to my car, signs my name, and re registers this vehicle in their name? She told me that the duplicate should void the original but it can happen.. Now I have to wait ..for who Knows how long.. maybe for as long as I own this car on not owning it one day.. Not a good feeling.. I finally got a response from a different GM.. one who I never dealt with..Umar Chaudhry who wants me to email him.. to resolve the issue, LOL.. You have my email & phone number, but you won't call or email.. I'm in this situation because of you. Lets face it, the only reason you responded, is because I put this review out there for everyone to see how pathetic the management is at Sterling BMW.
