Had a great experience at BMW of Stratham. They completed multiple service requests while I waited, and I was on my way by lunchtime. The thought of buying another car was pretty stressful, but I knew to reach out to Scot Murby since I had just worked with him less than a year ago. I had a few things that were really important to me—the color, the driver-assist features, and the tow hitch—and I didn’t have the time to build something custom. Scot searched the country and was able to find a near-exact match. He made the whole process very smooth and kept things moving quickly. He was also extremely responsive and even checked in on his days off! Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend working with him. More
