Terrible customer service. Not what you'd expect from BMW or any quality car dealer. Car wash was less than what a 3 yr old could do. Does not listen to customer. I was going on a weekend trip and discovered Thursday afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. a afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. and asked if he could help me. He had me work with service advisor Pawel Czyz and we got the car in right away, technician Jason King stayed late to do the work. The car was ready by 10:00 a.m on Friday morning and I was able to enjoy my trip. BMW of Stratham went the extra mile and I'm most grateful! More

Needed a vehicle in a pinch due to mine breaking down. Stopped here around two hours before they closed and found a very nice nissan rogue 2017.
