Overall I have been satisfied with service. My last visit, however, included a tire rotation and wheel balance. Not long after I left, my tire pressure warning message came up. Both front tires were under inflated, 35 instead of 42 psi. It's not a 'dangerous' situation, but clearly negligence, especially after inflating and balancing 4 tires. The other work, replacement of brake pads and a rear differential, appear to be fine. More
