Great experience was seen for my scheduled appt right away. Received updates via text to show issues found and when my car was ready to go. I was offered a loaner car but declined this time, but love to away. Received updates via text to show issues found and when my car was ready to go. I was offered a loaner car but declined this time, but love to have the option. Picked up my car with no issue. It was washed and the front floors vacuumed. Such a nice touch! My service rep Binit was so personable and polite. I just met him today, but he made me feel like we were old friends. Didn't catch the valet's name, but he was also very polite and personable. 5 stars for these guys! More

Everyone was kind and professional. I ordered tires and scheduled inspection. Tires weren't delivered on time so tire order will need to be put on hold. Terrible customer service. Not what you'd expect from BMW or any quality car dealer. Car wash was less than what a 3 yr old could do. Does not listen to customer. I was going on a weekend trip and discovered Thursday afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. a afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. and asked if he could help me. He had me work with service advisor Pawel Czyz and we got the car in right away, technician Jason King stayed late to do the work. The car was ready by 10:00 a.m on Friday morning and I was able to enjoy my trip. BMW of Stratham went the extra mile and I'm most grateful! More
I went in for maintenance (oil change, brake fluid, filters). They did a vehicle check and were really thorough on their findings. They didn’t pressure me at all.
