If I stop in for a service visit, he comes by to say hello and get caught up. Kurt Baitz is top shelf sales guy..knowledgeable, helpful, honest and key: trust. From a service standpoint, I have dealt with Adam in the past and most recently with Krystal. Two examples of their approach. I had used RainX for windshield fluid but had an indicator light go on. Adam told me that the product and BMW don't mix and they needed to replace a part. It was on BMW for the first one, no hassle whatsover and very clear that what it would mean if I used the product again. Most recently, I had bought 4 new tires, might point out I had 32,000 miles on the original tires. Less than 1 week after driving off, I rain over a nail. Krystal and the dealership replaced the tire with my cost being the service, NOT the tire. Really quite remarkable. That small gesture means I'll be a BMW/Stratham customer for life. Truly outstanding organization and people. And I should mention great cookies and coffee while you wait. More

BMW of Stratham Electronic Key survives washer and dryer As a new and enthusiastic BMW of Stratham, NH customer ( 2014 white BMW 3 Series all-wheel-drive and diesel-powered Sports Wagon) my husband and I wer As a new and enthusiastic BMW of Stratham, NH customer ( 2014 white BMW 3 Series all-wheel-drive and diesel-powered Sports Wagon) my husband and I were embarrassed to call Kurt Baltz, our Client Advisor, to ask for his help upon discovering that one of our two electronic keys went through our clothes washer and dryer and, as you might expect, no loner functioned. Kurt invited us to drive to the dealership and introduced us to Victor R. Follansbee, Jr., Parts Advisor. Victor opened up the electronic device, wiped the various parts dry and asked us to leave it in his care for a for a few days for additional drying. When we returned, Victor had already reassembled the electronic device. We walked to our vehicle, pressed the button and the diesel engine sprang to life. All other systems worked flawlessly. Victor thanked us for coming by for service help, We wanted to hug him for his help, especially after he told us there was no charge for his professional and personal care. When compared to ordinary automobiles, BMW's are not inexpensive to buy or service. But BMW of Stratham delivers great value and enthusiastic support from a team of men and women who relate to those of us who choose to drive, and enjoy, the Ultimate Driving Machine! Kurt Baitz, the very best of the best Been a customer for a few years at BMW of Stratham. Kurt has been my salesperson, he is the only one I will call. You cannot go wrong with Kurt, he is the most professional and non demanding person that I have ever met in sales. I visited him last week when I called on a vechicle that was sold some time ago. We spoke and he asked me how things were going in my business. I explained that I had sold my BMW Z4 to purchase a new F 150 for my business and I already regretted it. He said they just took in a 128i convertible with ultra low mileage. I drove down and met Kurt. As usual, the car was waiting and off we went. It drove exactly like I thought it would but I could not fall in love with it because of the black color, even though it had 6600 miles on it. ( I hate black too hard to keep clean). I made an offer that was not accepted, but Kurt was 100% a pro all the way. Fast forward a few days. Kurt e-mails me to tell me the car was sold that weekend and he would be willing to look for a CPO 128i in White for me. I am looking at another one out of state, but Kurt is always the go to guy for me, always. I consider him a friend now, which is unheard of in the car business. BWM of Stratham, if you are reading this, you have a real gentleman and straight shooter on your staff, give him a raise or promotion, he represents BMW of Stratham the the best light possible.
