The service rep was very nice and receptive. I had to wait an hour past the estimated time which involved a recall for which I did not receive notice so unexpectedly I was there 4 hours. My appointment took 2. 5 hours for a state inspection sticker.. and I even made an appointment. Crazy. Excellent service mechanical service but car wash: was a disappointment debris on the interior rugs. The exterior wash need elbow grease, bird droppings, bug splatter and dirt not cleaned off.
