I have purchased 12 cars from this dealership in 11 years. I hope I can always do business with Scot Murby. When I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, I went to Tulley BMW and had such an awful experience, we literally left the dealership extremely frustrated. I was apprehensive about going to BMW of Stratham because I did not want to travel that far. However, when I first spoke to Mr. Albert and finally met with him, I realized I had made the right choice. The service from Mr. Albert and the other people at BMW Stratham was above and beyond. They made you feel comfortable with any questions but most of all Mr. Albert feel important, where as the other dealer wouldn't give you the time of day. I would definitely not only recommend to anyone who was in the market for a BMW to call BMW Stratham but definitely as for Frank Albert. The experience was not only stress free but enjoyable and I am loving driving my BMW. More

Kurt was very easy to work with and makes the buying experience fun not painful. He found my car in CT, got it delivered and in my driveway in 2 days. The dealership replaced my tires as good will and the car drives better than the day I picked it up. Kurt Baitz is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is professional, but not pushy in the least, which fits the demographic for a BMW prospect quite well. I bought a new 330xi from this dealer last fall. This was my 3rd new xi bought there. Unfortunately, IRA has bought the dealership from Dreher-Holloway. They failed to disclose any of the widespread prob was my 3rd new xi bought there. Unfortunately, IRA has bought the dealership from Dreher-Holloway. They failed to disclose any of the widespread problems with the run flat tires. To this very date they deny all the problems. If you compalin loud enough, they might give you a new set of run-flats but only as a "good will" gesture. It doesn't correct the real problems associated with BRIDGESTONE RUN FLATS and/or the xi suspension system. They are as follows: *Rough, unforgiving ride on any road surfaces that are not smooth. *The tires quickly cup & wear unevenly. Between 3,500 & 5,000 miles the tires become unbearably noisy, requiring replacement. ($1,000 per set) *These tires have a much higher number of flats that cannot be repaired only replaced at $250 per tire. *You have no spare or tools (no space). You may get stuck somewhere for 2 or 3 days since there tires are not stocked by tire dealers. Three weeks after I got the car, I had to go rent a car to get to work since even IRA did not have a tire in stock. I actualy went out and bought an extra tire, so I wouldn't have a repeat problem. This dealership is good only at denying any problem exist and being surprised that you did not expect low mileage from these tires. I feel totally decieved by IRA and greatly resent their attitude from a sales & customer service standpoint. I recommend that you go elsewhere and do your homework on the run-flat tire issue. More
