I went to them to get X1 ve I have few words to describe BMW of Stratham ******HORRIBLE******SCAM******LIERS****** This is my personal experience. I went to them to get X1 very positively. I had few internet communication and given them my requirement and took appointment for moving ahead. I went to them in morning hours and they did not have any information. That was my first impression. One Sales person they have assigned and somehow, we proceed and finalized X1 and given them more than half of price as deposit and got assured that in 2-week I will get my vehicle. After 4-5 days, I did follow up to check where they are and they said they that they are still looking for them. In 1 week, they told me if you are interested in different config X1 and I told them no and they said they will find out from another dealership. I did give them couple of option in colors. After couple of days I tried them to contact them by email, phone and no response. 1-2 days I tried to call them and they stopped picking my call and stopped replying my mails. I keep calling them and finally could speak with Manager and he gave my information to one of the other manager and there was xxxx lot of miscommunication between their team. I went to BMW of Stratham first time thinking of their brand name and after seeing their response/communication, I would suggest if you really want to buy BMW, never ever go to BMW of Stratham. They do not value what they promise and their customer. More

Left with 2 cars instead of 1 dec 2016-awesome experience 1-Susan,our sales person is wonderful. We had no idea which SUV to get. Absolutely the best we have ever dealt with. 2-the GM: Kenny's job is to facilitate negotions and be the oracle of the dealership. GM's come in all flavors. Kenny is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and willing to HELP YOU determine what fits your needs financially as well as functionally. He was always available for questions, and was completely fair during our price negotiations. We each gave a little and in the end reached a very fair deal. As we told him, he was the most pleasant GM we've ever worked with. We went to trade in one car as the lease was expiring. That experience was so great, we decided to trade in our owned car and get another car from Susan. Car shopping can be stressful. Do a little research and go see Susan and Kenny. You won't be disappointed. More
