Easy sales/purchase process and everyone was friendly. Purchased a 37k vehicle and had a small punch list (3 items) to be completed by the dealership, 2 of which were not completed. 1) fix a plastic mould Purchased a 37k vehicle and had a small punch list (3 items) to be completed by the dealership, 2 of which were not completed. 1) fix a plastic moulding in the cargo area that had popped out - they said they would take care of it but didn’t and I was given an excuse that there was nothing they could do, which seems pretty unlikely to me. 2) detail the vehicle. When I looked at the car there were coffee stains in many places on the leather in the back seat. They said they would fully detail the vehicle prior to pick up. When I picked up the vehicle - it had not been detailed (all coffee stains were still present) and the plastic moulding was not fixed. I didn’t have the time or energy at 6pm to hang around for them to do what they said they would so I just left because I had to. These were really simple asks, which they agreed to do and it’s unfortunate that they didn’t. More
