My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 X5 Diesel from BMW of Stratham. Here is a brief summary as to why we ended up there and have come to be big fans of the personnel and the dealership: My wife's bucket list had on it a luxury SUV. As it was a significant birth milestone, we were lucky enough to be able to check that item at the end of 2012. We were fortunate enough to take delivery from the factory in Spartenburg/Greer SC (highly recommended but not the focus of this summary) Our initial investigations was at the auto show in Boston, but We started to get serious to research vehicles (ML350, Q7, X%D) in the around October. One day on way to apple picking, we happened to drive by the dealership at Stratham. As we were looking in the lot, a young gentleman came over to see if we needed help. I explained that it would not be until the end of the year that we would actually purchase the vehicle. Before we knew it, Alex Wolf, had spent close to an hour just in general conversation about what we were looking for. Not a hint of pressure, we just swapped information and said to keep in touch. About a month after that when we had done enough online research, it was a very simple decision for us. We didn't even bother to check out a closer dealership, we were impressed with the open and honest way Alex had conducted himself on that day and in his followup, we knew that it would be a good fit. Even after picking up the car in SC, we have been back to dealership for sticker and aftermarket services. I have to say the whole process was very easy and painless. I highly recommend bit the dealership and Alex Wold. It probably doesn't hurt him to have his German accent, but I know that you will be satisfied when you deal with reputable people who stand behind their word. More

I bought a new X3 at this dealership a couple of months ago and it was a very pleasant experience working with the sales team there. Alex Wolf did a great job orienting me to all the features of this car a ago and it was a very pleasant experience working with the sales team there. In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never experienced a dealership that was more customer centric - in fact, there isn't even a close second! From the process of selecting my car, to negotiating the price and the trade in, and all the way through the financing, things couldn't have possibly gone smoother. It was clear to me that my ultimate satisfaction with my car, and the deal, was the most important thing to Jon and the rest of the staff at Ira BMW.
