BMW of Stratham

This is the third BMW I've purchased (2013 535xi M Sport, 2009 335xi - preowned, and 2009 328xi-new) from IRA BMW Stratham and the third I've purchased with the help of Kurt Baitz. What a welcome relief from my weariness after first trying to deal with the folks at Tulley (they didn't keep the appt for me to purchase my first BMW) over 4 years ago. I drive 2 hours to purchase my BMW's and have them serviced and have never regretted walking in the door over 4 years ago. Kurt has been great to deal with a high degree of integrity, follow through, fairness, and thoroughness. I highly recommend this dealership, Kurt Baitz in sales and Adam Silvani in service...they are both excellent. Kurt cares more about making sure the customer gets what they "need" rather than just making a sale. More

I purchased 2 BMW's from Kurt Baitz. I was hesitant of purchasing a high end car because I have heard of horror stories about salespeople and their tactics. This was not the case at all with Kurt. Not only did he listen to what I wanted he was honest and upfront about not having that exact car in stock at the time. He suggested that I wait until the next shipment came in. I was in shock that a dealer would let me walk out the door. But not only did I come back for the car that was not in yet, before I left, a CPO Z4 caught my eye. It was December and everyone thought I must be crazy for looking at a convertible in the winter. I went back in, sat down with Kurt, he gave me a fair deal and I bought it right then. I told him I did not want any salt or snow on the car, he said no problem, they would wait to deliver it. I said what? He said yes, we will deliver it to you, 75 miles away. Now that is service! Not only that, they waited until the roads were clear and dry, I took delivery about 5 days later even the tank was full! Exceptional in every way. Then in about another 5 weeks, Kurt called and said the new cars were in, he saved a white one out for me and I bought that one also. I continue to use BMW for all service and would never think of going elsewhere for a new or used BMW, even if it were a few dollars cheaper. You do not get service like this anymore. Jon could not have been nicer and less pushy. I was expecting to have to settle on a car, and he found me the CPO car of my dreams. And the price was better than KBB!! Being pre owned they even replac expecting to have to settle on a car, and he found me the CPO car of my dreams. And the price was better than KBB!! Being pre owned they even replaced the rear brakes and tires before delivery. It would have easily passed inspection . So I felt they went above and beyond what was necessary and would recommend Jon ( and a couple of his teammates when he wasn't immediately available) as being very low key and so helpful!! I drove 50 miles from home to buy at Stratham, bypassing closer dealerships. I found they had access to far more cars via a larger inventory network. I enjoyed working with Stephan Beegan because he was young, honest and energetic about his job and his product. I dont waste time when it comes to purchasing a car because the information and reviews are available to all (as well as competitive pricing). There isn't much smoke for car salesman to throw at you, and appreciate the fact that he did not bother trying. I also found the sales manager to be very efficient and we brought the sale and pickup of this car to less than 5 days. I will recommend for those interested in purchasing a BMW to make the trek out the the New Hampshire countryside to visit Stratham BMW and Stephan. More

I would highly recommend this BMW dealership and would specifically recommend you work directly with Stephen Beegan in sales. I live a mile from Tulley BMW in Nashua NH but drove the hour to Stratham BMW specifically recommend you work directly with Stephen Beegan in sales. I live a mile from Tulley BMW in Nashua NH but drove the hour to Stratham BMW as my experiences with Tulley BMW were highly unfavorable. I refuse to give my business to Tulley so it definitely was worth the trip, time and effort. This is my second experience working with Stratham BMW and with Stephen. Follow through is excellent, all my questions were answered, I was never pressured, everyone was welcoming and friendly every time I stepped foot in the door. Here's a perfect example of why I highly recommend this dealership... I was looking for a new 2013 BMW 335 and very few of these cars were even available in all of New England or even other surrounding states, so Stephen was diligent on searching all dealers inventory to find me one with the color and options I wanted. However, I noticed on their lot that they had a 2013 335 that was in the color I wanted and when asked he said that is was already on hold for an employee who had a deposit on the car. We ended up having a hard time finding the exact car I wanted in our search so Stephen took it upon himself to speak to the employee who had the deposit on the car they had on their lot and they agreed to sell me that car and they would order the employee another car. Really! Could service get any better than that! I didn't have to wait, I got exactly what I wanted. More

My son first advised me not to go to the dealership to buy a used BMW. Then he looked at what they had to offer and for how much and said he was wrong, that their cars were very fairly priced.
