My previous experience with purchasing vehicles has been less than favorable, to say the least, thus I anticipated more of the same as my husband and I set out on a Saturday morning to visit dealerships and to consider what vehicle might be available to suit our needs and desires. Upon arriving at the dealership (after a dreaded three hour drive) I was quit convinced based on experience and anticipation that the end result would be hours of relentless disagreement on price and my leaving feeling exhausted and frustrated. As my husband and I began looking at options on the lot, a young man approached us smiling and introduced himself as Theisco. He said that a co-worker, who was not currently available and who my husband had spoken to in the past, had asked that Theisco assist us. Theisco was engaging and had fantastic customer service skills. He asked questions, listened to our responses and shared pertinent information based on our responses. He had great emotional intellegence skills (critically important to manage a customer with negative past experiences). Theisco was attentive and patient but not pushy. He communicated clearly and was evidently knowledgable and passionate about his product. We purchased a car that day from BMW Stratham N.H. Theisco went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase and he has followed through on all of his commitments to date. Thank you Theisco! very bad I went to BMW in hopes of finding a used BMW. While there I encountered quite the opposite. They have very few used cars to begin with, 4 out of the 5 I went to BMW in hopes of finding a used BMW. While there I encountered quite the opposite. They have very few used cars to begin with, 4 out of the 5 they had, were in horriible condition! I had asked a worker there, from the detail center, why the cars looked so bad. He looked at the other giy in the detail shop, then they both looked at me in bewilderment. All I could understand was "no english". This is unacceptable! I will not return ever!!! A salesman saw me and I could tell he sensed that I was very confused, did he stop to try and help? No, he walked right on by. More

Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever We were looking for a diesel vehicle able to tow our jet skis. This was our first experience with BMW and we will highly recommend it to everyone we know. We were able to look at vehicles on the lot without being hassled. We were greeted warmly at the front door and directed to Alexander Wolf. Alex was able to answer our questions and has a wonderful sense of humor. We test drove the X3 and Alex explained and showed us all the features on the vehicle. Having all this wonderful technology in a vehicle was new to us, and Alex was not only extremely knowledgeable with how each functioned but was able to show us and let us experience each on the test drive. Back at the dealership we worked with Alex to equip and price a vehicle. We also had a great conversation with the manager who drove our current vw and gave us a trade in price if we decide to go that route. Alex then gave us private time alone at his desk so we could discuss between ourselves if we wanted to place the order or look at other vehicles first. He checked back several times to see if we had questions. We NEVER felt rushed or hurried. We ordered the X3 and can't wait until it arrives. The following day we found we had a few more technology questions and emailed Alex. He quickly replied to every question. We couldn't have asked for more. We also had a great experience with their finance manager, Michael Arbo. I spoke with him on a Monday at around 5 PM and he called me back the same day at 6:30 with rates and options. Never in my life have I e peri ended such a pleasant, wonderful buying experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Stratham and their fantastic staff to everyone. More

Alex Wolf is the man Alex Wolf is a consummate professional. I did not make things easy on him and asked numerous stupid questions; however, throughout the entire process Alex Wolf is a consummate professional.
