I contacted them and they definitely lived up to their reputation. Patrick Williams and Paul White were extremely knowledgeable and patient answering my many questions and making sure I was comfortable with my decision to purchase a BMW. There never was any pressure to buy, yet at the same time, they were very responsive to my many emails with questions or concerns that I had. Once I made the decision to purchase the car, Paul spent a considerable amount of time with me demonstrating all of the features and controls of the car. Mandy Barnard was also a pleasure to deal with. She thoroughly explained the warranty and maintenance options and helped us secure a lower rate than my credit union was offering. I highly recommend this dealership and am sure that the service department will also live up to the outstanding reputation that it has. More
