Ok bmw, needs improvement in front desk service I’ve been to several bmw dealerships for service in the past. Usually there is a person who checks you in, and gets the service tech. Not here. I’m left wandering around the waiting area then finally knocking on a window. Pickup of my car was a joke. Waited about 20 minutes before my sales tech came back from a test drive. Other sales guy just yawning right through the glass wall. Geez. 20 minutes of my life gone to pay Capital BMW for what should have taken at most 5 minutes. Mad about that. Other than above, Ian was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend him but the whole front desk service needs to be revamped and checkout needs to be faster. Not sure if i’d Return for routine stuff. More
