Tests your patience My BMW was towed in after hours We'd. 6/6 due to flat tire. Impressed with phone call from Service the next morning. I authorized new tires (in stock) My BMW was towed in after hours We'd. 6/6 due to flat tire. Impressed with phone call from Service the next morning. I authorized new tires (in stock) & alignment, but couldn't get info after leaving several messages on status so I went there late Thurs. afternoon & found nothing done. Rep had pulled records on the wrong vehicle & tried to convince me it was mine & warranty had expired. Phone messages not returned until 1:00 Friday. At 5:30 I went to pick up car, wrote a check, Rep took my drivers license & went to the other building for an extended period. It took 40 min. total to pay & drive out. Mon. 6/11 Louise left me phone message to encourage positive comments on surveys. I called & left her a message to call me before I write negative reviews. As expected, no response. The whole experience reminded me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman following her shopping spree. Mistake, big mistake. More
