The management is top-notch! Crawford Atkins, the General Manager runs an excellent dealership (they also sell/lease Mercedes-Benz and Porsche). The facility is state-of-the-art. It's not only beautiful but exceptionally clean. The staff is all VERY friendly and it's been a delightful relationship for over a quarter of a century. Crawford is a person who makes sure you get a good deal and he follows that up with an exceptional sales staff and a dedicated and bespoke service team. I don't try to get the shop around to get the best price because I know that Capital BMW will do everything possible to make the deal right. William Huey and his team are just the VERY best! I know them and more importantly, I* TRUST them to get me the vehicle I want at a reasonable price. I don't mind paying the freight because I know that with the service I'll get, my wife and I will ride in luxury and cutting-edge technology. I've got friends that will shop around the for the best price for the car they want. And, I want a good deal too. But in the end, I want a business relationship built on trust, respect, and integrity. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle that is a BMW, Mercedes or a Porsche. No multiple back and forth tactics, no tricks with additional payments or fee increases, no "talking to the manager" schemes, it was quick, easy and painless. The rate Tommy presented was the final rate, plus he beat all other dealers by about 12.5%.
