Not so good to great My trip to the dealership started with me bringing my Volkswagen GTI to the Volkswagen section of capital Euro car to be fixed.While my wife and I wer My trip to the dealership started with me bringing my Volkswagen GTI to the Volkswagen section of capital Euro car to be fixed.While my wife and I were walking out of the dealership I jokingly told my service advisor that if they had a truck on the lot I could trade for my car they would potentially have a sale! To me in the car sales industry that saying is money... or so you'd think. When I went home I found that the BMW part of Euro cars was selling a 2009 Dodge Ram that was exactly what we wanted. I was assured I would be called later that night by someone to speak with me about some trucks. Never got a call. The next day I called back and asked to speak with another sales person about the truck I had found.After speaking with him for the most part of the day he told me that the finance lady was to busy to look at my credit application. Rightfully so this infuriated me just a little bit. I called back the next day and asked to speak with the sales manager over capital BMW and that's when I got Tommy Waigand. Him and I spoke for a little bit about what my wife and I were looking for and also that i was interesting in the 2009 Dodge Ram they had on the lot. After him and I hung up I would say thirty minutes or less he called me back with some numbers that didn't work at first but with some quick number punching we had a deal! If I hadn't gotten in touch with Tommy, Capital Euro cars would not have only lost my business on that truck, but they would have lost life long business and references. Thank Tommy!! More
