This is a review about my 24' X5 M60 Service at this dealership around Feb 2024, my SA was Gem. These guys drove 100 miles on my vehicle! But they couldn't diagnose the root cause to twitchy steering at dealership around Feb 2024, my SA was Gem. These guys drove 100 miles on my vehicle! But they couldn't diagnose the root cause to twitchy steering at high speed, kept my car for 2 weeks without meaningful updates. One day I had enough of this non-sense, and after researching Bimmerpost, I came in to tell the Tech to deflate the tires a bit, boom problem solved, they should have paid me for the tip. They kept my car for over 2 weeks, and no form of compensation was ever provided for that 100 miles wear and tire, and gas they put on my brand new car, incompetent Service department at best. More
