I had been car shopping for quite some time and have visited countless dealerships for months trying to find the right one. When I visited BMW of The Woodlands it became an experience. They were very accommodating, and I immediately felt welcomed without having the pressure of buying. It allowed me to appreciate the vehicles and really get feel of what I wanted. Bilal was amazing! He was extremely patient, kind and understanding every time I stopped by or texted. In the end, I purchased a vehicle with them and could not be happier! Even after my purchase he is just as awesome and helpful. After this experience, I will be returning for my next purchase, and I highly recommend anyone in the market to give them a chance. I came in for a simple oil change and the technician said I needed to change the oil pan screw as it might leak in the future. Yet I had no leak, but I agreed to have it retooled and changed for $300. After I needed to change the oil pan screw as it might leak in the future. Yet I had no leak, but I agreed to have it retooled and changed for $300. After picking up the car, I went to use it the following day only to find a huge oil leak on my garage floor. I called BMW and the tech tried to say it could not be a leak do I sent him detailed pictures. I asked him to send. Tow truck as I could not drive the car. He sent the truck and BMw had told the driver that I was responsible to pay for the tow!! I refused and even the driver saw the large oil leak and he even took pictures to show BMW. Do, I do not have any good words to say about the service I received and am still waiting after 2 days to receive my Repaired car. I doubt very seriously I will entrust you with my car in the future.
