The only fault I have with this dealership was I had to wait over the weekend to get my car as it was out having some detailing done on it. The detailing took longer than I was told and no communications wait over the weekend to get my car as it was out having some detailing done on it. The detailing took longer than I was told and no communications took place to advise me of this. My salesman was out on Monday and Tuesday and nobody called nor returned my voicemails for two days. I drove into the dealership on Monday and was told by the general sales manager that the car would be ready on Tuesday and that he would call me that morning. He never called nor did he return my voicemails. I went back on Tuesday afternoon and was given the same old song and dance. To make a long story short, I received my car on Thursday, 6 days after the sale. It had not been detailed. All the door jams were dirty and the leather interior had places on it that with smudges and dirt that came off easily when rubbed with a damp chamois. I would expect a lot more from a high line dealership like BMW of The Woodlands. More
