The whole process at the BMW of The Woodlands was great until the days leading up to receiving my car. The days kept on getting pushed back from Saturday to Monday, Monday to Tuesday… etc. I didn’t receive until the days leading up to receiving my car. The days kept on getting pushed back from Saturday to Monday, Monday to Tuesday… etc. I didn’t receive my car until a Wednesday a whole week later from purchase. Trying to get in contact with someone directly at the dealership was hard too. Receptionist will transfer you to a lot of people that don’t pick up the phone. I think I deserved better communication from Misty towards the end of the picking up process. James and David were great. More

The Service Department is only good because of Hans & Victoria. I’ve had my car serviced for express oil change and have had to wait over 30 minutes to check my car in to drop off. I leave my car because the wait time for an express oil change is estimate 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours, when a local oil shop can get it done in less than 20! Customer service is awful every time I go to BMW. The ONLY person that notices me is Hans.. because he sees me standing by my car waiting to be assisted. I dread taking my car to service department at BMW. I honestly would buy another car to not have to deal with BMW service department The only issue with service department, is the dropping off & picking up! It’s so ridiculous More
