The whole process at the BMW of The Woodlands was great until the days leading up to receiving my car. The days kept on getting pushed back from Saturday to Monday, Monday to Tuesday… etc. I didn’t receive until the days leading up to receiving my car. The days kept on getting pushed back from Saturday to Monday, Monday to Tuesday… etc. I didn’t receive my car until a Wednesday a whole week later from purchase. Trying to get in contact with someone directly at the dealership was hard too. Receptionist will transfer you to a lot of people that don’t pick up the phone. I think I deserved better communication from Misty towards the end of the picking up process. James and David were great. More
