I was happy with the salesman, Amer Ali, who did everything he could to take care of me. I was not happy with the employee handling the lease as there was a lot of pressure to buy extra things and t everything he could to take care of me. Also, the numbers weren't right the first time and had to be corrected. If I would have stayed with my original idea of a straight purchase then it would have been smoother as I had the figures before going there. I wasn't able to get the lease details in advance. I would recommend doing this in advance of your visit. More

I unfortunately experienced an electrical issue while running errands on a Saturday. I immediately called the dealership to make sure they were still open and arrived there mid-afternoon. Even though the service department was quite busy, Jeff and Honza took me in, did a quick test on my vehicle, determined it was a bigger fix that needed their diagnostics team to look into, and just as quickly, put me in a (very nice!) loaner car to use for a few days while the car was being serviced. Very happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate the excellent care I received from Jeff and his team! More

Anytime I go to here I end up waiting for about twice as long as expected. There were so many people stuck waiting there that this time they ran out of places to sit. The customer service professional I delt with was Jeff Whitaker and he is beyond outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable and up beat and makes me feel like I am the most important client in the world, Whitaker and he is beyond outstanding - he is extremely knowledgeable and up beat and makes me feel like I am the most important client in the world, from 3 series thru 5 series to our current X6 he has always taken care of our BMW's for over 25 years!!!
