I purchased the 3 year oil change service plan for my 2015 BMW 328i GT on June of 2022. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and that vehicle was totaled. I only received one oil change on that plan. I 2015 BMW 328i GT on June of 2022. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and that vehicle was totaled. I only received one oil change on that plan. I recently purchased another 2015 BMW 328i GT because I love the car so much. Same exact production year and same exact engine size. I still have over two years left on the plan that I purchased and they are telling me the VIN are not transferable and I cannot use it on my new car, they just want me to re buy the service. I would understand if my new car was a V6 or V8 that required more oil and a different filter, but the car is the exact same and they just don't feel like letting me use it.So technically they just took my money and are now telling me tough luck. This just feels like a big scam. More
