Had a horrible experience with the service department. Asked to speak to the General Manager but that never happened. Simply when in because I had a screw in my tire. Waited over 3 hours. No communication, waited all day then went to pick up without knowing if it was done. Got an oil change and spark plugs but also asked for an estimate on something electrical. There was nothing prepared without knowing if it was done. Got an oil change and spark plugs but also asked for an estimate on something electrical. There was nothing prepared for the requested estimate but they did present me with a “recommended” list of items to be done totaling over $10k. I have no faith in that estimate based upon the lack of attention to why i was actually there and the fact that i had just been into another bmw dealership roughly 6k miles earlier for an oil change and full inspection. Beware. More

Had the oil changed and front end aligned along with tires balanced and rotated. The steering was fine before or after. Was getting a little wear on the front tires.
