Best car shopping experience. Ever! We have bought 7 cars in the last 10 years, and this has been one of the most wonderful shopping experiences we have ever had. From the time we walked onto the lot and were greeted by a young man whose name I never got, to when Romano showed us the first car, drove us around for an hour and a half to their lots till we found our perfect car, and Daryl who helped us get the price and features we wanted and Candilyn who worked the numbers and got us and Steven who helped us get the price we wanted and all the features that we wanted, exactly within our budget. Literally not a penny more than what we were hoping to spend. The service end to end was just amazing. They made us feel like we were dealing with our friends, and after this experience we have definitely made friends in this dealership. It felt like home, and our new SUV (2016 X3) is just the icing on the cake in comparison to the experience we had here. I would definitely recommend KUNI BMW and their staff! Go see these guys!
