Best new car buying experience I've ever had! Patrick (salesperson) was super helpful and straightforward. From the time I was on the lot to the time I had picked out a car and was ready for finance took less than an hour. I drove off the lot a little over 2 hours after I arrived. This was my first BMW purchase and my first experience at Kuni, not sure which to attribute it to, but the whole experience was excellent; no pressure, minimal unnecessary questions and everything was extremely straightforward. I had planned on purchasing two cars this year, one being either a BMW, Audi, or Mini, the other being a "utility car" such as a Rav-4 or CRV. After the experience I've had at Kuni, I've completely changed my mind and will be returning this winter for another BMW. More

Good experience The lease-to-retail experience was good: smooth and efficient. The only hiccup was discovery of a recall item that hadn't been dealt with, meaning the The lease-to-retail experience was good: smooth and efficient. The only hiccup was discovery of a recall item that hadn't been dealt with, meaning the transaction couldn't be completed unless/until the repair was made. Fine. Except the vehicle had been in for service of another recall item only three weeks prior. And this latest issue was known to the dealer for months prior (air bag recall) though I don't remember being notified. I've had significant challenges with this service department over the years: mis-diagnoses, NO diagnoses, failures to reset monitoring equipment...and now this, a simple failure to check the vehicle's recall notices. So three cheers for the sales team: they did great. Service department: thumbs down. More

Extremely Helpful and Friendly I made an early morning appointment a few days early for a warranty repair for which I needed a loaner due to previous arrangements. A day after I made the appointment, but a few days before the service appointment, I received a service reminder, which I was able to add to my already scheduled service without any problems. Although my repair issue wasn't completely resolved upon pickup at the end of the day, the service staff was quick to extend the loaner and keep my car overnight for next day service. Service was completed by mid-morning and I was able to pick up my car clean and ready to go. Staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Thank you! More

I then drove to Portland for a test drive, arrange a trade-in, and close the sale. Along with the new BMW sales manager Ryan Malone and client adviser Douglas Herschbach, I found everybody with Kuni BMW to be very personable and professional from start to finish! More
