Great Experience! I took my car in for routine service and a couple warranty items. One of my requests was to adjust the emergency brake as it was my understanding that I took my car in for routine service and a couple warranty items. One of my requests was to adjust the emergency brake as it was my understanding that would be covered under the 4yr service plan. Turns out that is not covered (not sure I agree with BMW decision here) but Nick in service was able to get it covered by the dealer this time. It was a relatively inexpensive repair ($150) but I appreciate the gesture. Having owned many BMW's over the years and been to both local dealerships, Kuni has provided the most consistent level of quality service. They aren't perfect but no dealer is and I personally have had far fewer negative experiences at Kuni vs Portland BMW. I recommend Kuni. More

This time, took my wife out to pick up her car from service, and we got to looking at an i3, decided to test drive and then buy one that day. We traded in both our older cars and were driving away in the i3 a little over an hour later! Even though it happened fairly quickly, no buyer's remorse - great car that suits our current lifestyle perfectly, Mike Baggs and Dan (the product specialist) took care of all the details quickly and effeciently. He was aware that we had looked at comparable brands such as Lexus, Acura, Mercedes, etc., and at no time tried to denigrate other brands, but chose to highlight the attributes of BMW. More
