My vehicle was purchased with a fair price and I was provided a rental vehicle for my return trip to Salem. Outstanding customer experience with first BMW lease This was first time I have leased a luxury car. I had checked out some of the other brand dealerships prior to walking into the Kuni BMW dealership. f This was first time I have leased a luxury car. I had checked out some of the other brand dealerships prior to walking into the Kuni BMW dealership. from the minute I walked in the experience was noticeably different. I was greeted promptly and steered to Daryl Do Carmo as my sales agent. I have to say I from that point on it was the most pleasant car purchase experience I have had. Daryl was attentive and went out of his way to show options and answer all questions. He did not put any pressure on us to purchase anything, but rather just gave us enough options to make sure that I could make an informed decision. He followed up in a respectful manner and was ready to assist when we came back for a test drive and later to close the deal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle he was showing us and spent enough time educating me on the features and taking care of all the basic setup like pairing the phone, programming preset radio stations etc. Even the finance department was very smooth and easy to deal with. Overall It was a great leasing experience and I would highly recommend Kuni BMW and Daryl in particular for any BMW purchase. More
