Absolutely horrible. Went in for regular service maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in e maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in early January 2021 I have no brake pads left at all and they need to be replaced ASAP to prevent further damage. Extremely unimpressed with how this was handled. More

The service we received was good. My dis- satisfaction lies with the unusually high cost of the repair compared to other service centers we have used.
