I did an online quote to sell my car and set it time for the in person portion. When i got there and they weren't ready for me. They made me wait around for more than an hour before they could do the in per the in person portion. When i got there and they weren't ready for me. They made me wait around for more than an hour before they could do the in person appraisal. Then they came out and said the appraisal was $7k less than what was online - which they said was AI based and as far as they were concerned wasn't even really an appraisal. So after wasting 3 hours of my time I took the car to another related AutoNation dealer who offered me $4k MORE than bmw of Towson. This dealership is a joke and a waste of time. Only go there if you're looking to get ripped off. More

I purchased a 2019 BMW X5 from BMW of Towson. The price of the car was fair, but the warranty they sold me was completely misrepresented. Because of bad past experiences with warranties, I asked The price of the car was fair, but the warranty they sold me was completely misrepresented. Because of bad past experiences with warranties, I asked a lot of questions. The finance manager assured me that the Veritas warranty was different. He told me I could take the car anywhere—even a BMW dealer—and that repairs would be fully covered except for a $100 deductible. I confirmed this multiple times before purchasing. Before using the warranty, I even called Veritas, and they confirmed the same. But when my shop submitted a claim, Veritas refused to cover the full repair. They only approved 10 hours of a 17-hour job. I obtained three estimates, including from a BMW dealer, and none came close to 10 hours. Veritas then hid behind fine print about “average labor times,” something never disclosed or backed up with facts. I contacted BMW of Towson for help, but after one return call, the finance manager stopped responding. This dealership will say whatever it takes to sell you a warranty, but once the sale is complete, they won’t stand behind it. I don’t blame Veritas as much as I blame BMW of Towson for misrepresenting the product just to close a deal. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More
