The was advisor very flexible regarding future completion of the work, promising that the sales promotion would be honored, no mat parts were not in. Here's my review - from Service to Sales I originally came in because a vehicle I already owned had 2 recalls. The service for that alone was PHENOMENAL! Christian was the young man that walked me throug came in because a vehicle I already owned had 2 recalls. The service for that alone was PHENOMENAL! Christian was the young man that walked me through that process. He alone was great. The followup after completion, (email with VIDEO footage of my car service), detailed analysis, was impeccable. I said then that IF I was ever to get another car, I'd DEFINITELY come back. Next - I was contacted to see if I was interested in trading in/selling my car. It was NOT something I was in the market for, but thought it wouldn't hurt to just see what my options were. I'll make this short. Maurice was my salesman and he was EXCELLENT. He was patient. He listened. Again, HE LISTENED. He was persistent but NOT forceful. Pleasant but professional. Blake in finance was equally pleasant and John, sales manager, CHEFS KISS! I appreciate John BOTH times coming out to me personally, giving thanks for my business and treating me above the standard. In short, I didn't even seriously consider buying another car, but these gentleman GENUINELY put effort and care into their jobs and that's important in this day and time, where it feels like professionalism, human decency, and CONSUMER APPRECIATION is a lost art.
