Service at BMW of Towson was the best I've ever had in 60 years of owning cars. I was greeted by a gentleman who showed me where to report. My sales person was great, no pressure and very accommodating. Do not like how they still need to call in a manager to negotiate a trade-in, a financial guy to talk about all the extra money you c accommodating.
