On Tuesday night while driving home my low tire pressure light came on. The next morning the tired appeared low. I decided I would take some place to have air put in it. As I drove the tired was making a fu light came on. The next morning the tired appeared low. I decided I would take some place to have air put in it. As I drove the tired was making a funny sound like I was getting a flat. I called Towson BMW for an appointment to have the tire checked. It was discovered that the tired had a nail in it. Tom Wolf was my service rep. He handled my situation including having the tire replacement which was under warranty since I had just purchased the 4 tires in October 2019. Because the tire had to be ordered a loaner was offered to me. Tom is very professional as a service rep and was very courteous to me and my needs at the time. My service was completed as promised. My overall rating for service, courtesy, time, and professionalism is 10. Thank You More
