excellent emergency service After experiencing a tire puncture on the expressway, I showed up here just before closing time on a Friday night. I was greeted by Bo Brand and then in a few minutes by Blake Dumas. Both were very reassuring that they could handle the situation first thing in the morning (Saturday). (In the meantime, the run-flat tire worked perfectly.) I showed up Saturday morning. Check-in was easy, getting a beautiful loaner car was smooth and I got a call later in the day that the tire had been replaced along with some other scheduled (free maintenance).
